DIY: POPCORN CONES DIYCrafts Oct 17 Written By Heather Smith Add some fun to your next monster movie night with this quick paper craft. Step 1: Start with a 12 inch x 12 inch paper square. Cut it in half diagonally. Step 2: Turn one of the triangles so the 90 degree corner is facing away from you. Place a piece of double sided tape on the bottom left edge about 1 inch inset from the corner. Step 3: Grab the bottom right corner and pull it across toward the opposite straight edge. Step 4: Grab the bottom left corner and pull it across in the opposite direction. Cinch both ends until the bottom is completely closed. Step 5: You will now have a cone with two tails angled upward. Press the cone together at the tape to hold in place. Step 6: Fold the tail from the front flap into the cone. Secure with additional tape if desired. Step 7: Fold the tail from the back flap over the front of the cone. Secure with tape if desired, but the folds should now allow the cone to stay intact without the use of adhesive. Step 8: Use the front flap to monogram the cones or write messages for guests if desired. Fill with freshly popped corn & enjoy! diycraftpaperpopcornparty Heather Smith
